Fragments of Arundos
This is our Capstone class project at SUNY Canton and is still in progress. The video represents the current state of the game after 15 weeks of development by a team of 6 students. My roles in this game's develop have been developing the environment, shader coding, asset integration into unreal, backend development using C++, UI, and multiplayer.
A prototype multiplayer game where players, and their friends, must defend the city from waves of enemies. Points of interest around the city will give players benefits, unless they fall to their enemies. Survive for as long as you can!
This original character was modeled using Autodesk Maya and textured using Adobe Photoshop.

Sentence Squabble
A prototype Android Game where the player must create a grammatically correct sentence utilizing the five words provided. The project objective was to explore software development from a systems analysis and project management point of view from idea conception through until functional prototype completion. Featured both a practice and challenge mode of play. The practice mode would randomly generate 5 words that were different than the practice words as often as the user requested. The challenge mode would reset daily and when the user won would prompt them to share their sentence with others. The application also had full advertisement integration.
This TV model was created using Autodesk Maya based off a retro Ford television then imported into Unreal Engine version 4.27.

An Homage to Leguin's The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas
A violent hiss erupts as a bead of sweat dared an attempt to accost the rage filled metals being forced into blurry form. Two charming tones ring followed by the melodic shriek of tortured steel reduced to molten tears, weeping across the workshop’s atmosphere. Finally done, she thought laying the sledge aside only now noticing the patient figure bathed angelically by the light of day outside the workshop. A casual grunt to the master smith made them aware of their onlooker. The master smith laid their common labor aside with care and together they made their way to the front of the workshop. The master smith’s height was much greater forcing a slight trot to keep pace, which she now did with ease. She had settled into the trade as well as anyone could expect someone of her age to.
With the rhythmic beating of drums and the sweet melody of harmonic crystals the Celebration of Isolation began. Oblitationem, the pearl that adorned the head of the scepter made by the great river, nearly overflowed as its citizens took to the streets. Birds nearly fell from the sky as their synchronized dance made the hyper organized streets ripple alive. Rising above a green plain the majestic town competing with the sun for dominance as it bombarded the sky with excitement.
